Set goals worth chasing
Start with a handful of annual goals, written down across every part of life, not just work. They are the destinations everything else in the planner points toward.
Planner
The Full Focus Planner is a paper planner and goal-achievement system in one. It connects your quarterly goals to a Weekly Big 3 and a Daily Big 3, so the work you do today moves you toward what matters most in your work and in your life.
Goals live in one place and your to-do list lives in another, so the week fills with other people’s requests and the goals drift.
You probably have real goals, the kind you think about in January or on a long drive. But a goal that lives in a notes app or a journal can’t compete with a full inbox. By Wednesday, the urgent has crowded out the important, and the quarter slips by.
The Full Focus Planner puts your goals and your daily work on the same pages. A few minutes each morning and a short Weekly Preview keep the two connected, so there is no app to configure and no system to maintain. All you need is a pen and a few quiet minutes.
One planner covers 90 days, a quarter. That is long enough to finish something meaningful and short enough to stay urgent. Four planners carry you through a year, and each one gives you a clean place to begin again, with room to adjust what you learned last quarter.
The big idea
Everything in the planner answers one question: is what I’m doing today moving me toward what matters most? It answers by linking four timeframes, so the biggest picture and today’s page always agree.
01 · The year
Start with a handful of annual goals, written down across every part of life, not just work. They are the destinations everything else in the planner points toward.
02 · The quarter
Each 90-day planner asks you to put [confirm: 2 to 3] goals in play. Fewer goals in focus means each one gets real attention, and you can finish what you start.
03 · The week
Once a week, you step back for a Weekly Preview. You celebrate wins, learn from what happened, and choose your Weekly Big 3, the three outcomes that would make the week a success.
04 · The day
Each morning, you choose three tasks that move your Weekly Big 3 forward. Finish those and the day is a win, whatever else the inbox sends your way.

Where goals live
The front of every planner holds your goal pages. You write each goal as a specific, measurable target with a deadline, then capture why it matters, your first next steps, and the reward waiting at the finish.
Because your goals live inside the planner you open every day, they stay in front of you instead of getting buried in a notes app.

The weekly rhythm
Once a week, on Sunday evening or Monday morning, you look back and look ahead. What were the biggest wins? What worked, and what didn’t? Which three outcomes matter most next week?
The Weekly Preview also prompts you to plan rest, not just work, because the goal is winning at work and flourishing in life. [confirm: about 15 minutes]

The daily practice
Each day gets a full spread. Your Daily Big 3 sits at the top, with a schedule for appointments, room for other tasks, and space for notes. The three tasks that move your goals forward stay above everything else.
A short morning startup and evening shutdown bookend the day, so you begin with intention and end with a clear head.

Why it works
Writing by hand slows you down just enough to think, and a page has no notifications.
The design does the rest. A few firm limits keep the system simple enough to stick with.
