How can you be this busy and still not have time for what really matters?

You make it to Friday. You worked hard all week, answered people, put out fires, dealt with whatever came up. Nobody could accuse you of doing nothing — you were grinding.

But the project you meant to finish is still waiting. So is the one conversation you really needed to have. And that goal you said you’d get to when things eased up? At this rate it’s waiting until you retire.

You keep telling yourself you’ll catch your breath after this week. How many weeks have you been saying that?

Schedule My Free Strategy Session (opens in a new tab)

Free. 45 minutes. You leave with your Leverage List, your Core Blocker, and a 90-day plan — whether or not you ever enroll.

What if the problem isn’t you, but the system you’re stuck in?

You’re producing excellent results. You’re probably one of the most capable people we’ll talk to all week. So let’s be clear about what’s actually wrong.

You don’t have an effort problem. You have a focus problem.

You are not undisciplined, and you are not failing to try hard enough. And strange as it sounds, that’s good news—because unfocused is fixable. After all, we’re a company called Full Focus.

Here’s what a focus problem does to a week. We noticed this pattern across conversations with more than two thousand clients and prospective clients, and it explains both why the low-value work keeps piling up and why working harder makes it worse.

We call it the Overload Spiral.

Until your priorities are clear, nothing comes off your plate—so it keeps spinning. Yesterday’s unfinished work joins today’s demands, and around you go again.

It feeds itself. It steals your time. And more than that, it steals your peace and your joy.

That’s the grind.

The Overload Spiral A ring of five arrow segments turning clockwise: 1 Unclear priorities, 2 Overcommitment, 3 Time scarcity, 4 Missed commitments, 5 Self-doubt, then back to 1. 12345 OverloadSpiral
  1. 1

    Unclear priorities

    “Everything is important.”

With no way to evaluate tasks and requests, you treat them all as equal claims on your time.

  2. 2

    Overcommitment

    “I’m juggling too much.”

Every individual commitment seemed reasonable. Together they’re impossible. And you keep saying yes.

  3. 3

    Time scarcity

    “There’s not enough time.”

So you start grabbing whatever’s loudest, closest, and quickest to finish, regardless of what it’s actually worth.

  4. 4

    Missed commitments

    “I’m dropping balls.”

The important work slips. So does something you promised someone you love. This is the one that gets you in the gut.

  5. 5

    Self-doubt

    “Why can’t I keep up?”

And here’s the cruelest part: you turn a problem with the load you’re carrying into a verdict on yourself. So you resolve to try harder—which just confuses effort with value.

And the usual ways out of the spiral don’t work.

Adding hours.

You get up earlier, work a little later, use the weekend to catch up. But extra hours have a way of becoming permanent. Instead of rooting out the low-value work, you just add hours to cover it. You’re grinding longer and getting less out of it.

Going faster.

Learn some shortcuts, bring in AI, improve a process. Those can be excellent decisions — but then what? Does the time you saved go to something with real value, or does it just make room for more tasks from an endless list? You’re grinding faster and getting less.

Waiting for things to settle down.

After this launch. After this quarter. After the new person is trained. Some demands really are temporary, but one replaces another and the things you care about keep waiting. If this is your norm, it isn’t a season. It’s a pattern. And it won’t get better on its own.

Your path out is simpler than you think with just three questions

There are three questions you never learned to ask. Not in business school. Not on the job—most of our bosses didn’t know how to answer them either.

  1. 01

What work is actually worth your time?

  2. 02

What work should come off your plate?

  3. 03

And how do you keep it off, so it doesn’t creep back on and crowd out the rest of your life?

Every fix you’ve tried leaves all three questions unanswered. That’s why none of those solutions worked.

Answering them comes down to a single tool we call the Priority Filter. Every task, every meeting, every quick favor that lands in your inbox or your texts fits somewhere on it—and where it lands in the filter tells you whether it belongs on your list at all.

The Priority Filter Three overlapping circles labeled YOU, ROI, and NOW. The center where all three overlap is highlighted and labeled Leverage List. YOUROINOW LeverageList Priority Filter

YOU

What is the work you’re wired to do?

It starts where your passion and your proficiency meet. Passion alone isn’t enough. But proficiency alone is a trap—the better you get at work you don’t love and aren’t wired for, the more often it gets handed to you. It steals the capacity you have for the work you’re actually built for.

ROI

What work delivers an outsized return?

Value is relative, so the question isn’t is this valuable, it’s which of these is most valuable? Your highest-return hour is the strategic call, the key hire, the system you improve so a recurring task takes less time. Your lowest is a meeting you didn’t need to attend. Same sixty minutes, wildly different value. Busy is not the same as valuable.

NOW

What work matters most now?

A project can fit your strengths and promise an excellent return and still be wrong, because the right project at the wrong moment is a bad use of your time. Meanwhile your most important priorities often have no deadline at all—your health, the strategy you keep meaning to think through, the conversation with your child. Grinding pays you now. Neglect sends the bill later.

“I often started my day unsure what deserved my attention most. Now I have a simple system that helps me identify and tackle the right priorities first—saving me 30 minutes every morning.”

Carl DainesExecutive

We call the result the Double Win: winning at work and flourishing in life.

The fear is that if you let the rest go, everything collapses. The opposite happens. Your results improve—because your best hours finally go to the work that actually matters. That’s the work you’re really being paid for. Not whatever happens to be on your task list right now.

We’ll look at your actual week through the filter and name your three to five priorities.

The grind, or the Double Win

Stay in the GrindBuild the Double Win
Working 50–70 hours a week, burned outWorking 40 hours or less–your best work, with energy left to enjoy your life
Everything feels urgent; you’re anxious about what you’re missingYou know what matters and make decisions with confidence
Never unplugging, with nothing left to giveReal time away—fully rested, fully present, your work taken care of
Poor sleep: wired at night, tired all dayProtected rest and habits that let you start the day clear-headed and calm
Neglected health; problems become crisesYour highest and best work—exceptional results that enable you to focus on you
The people you love get less of youDeeply connected relationships, with time to love and be loved

“My husband gets the real me, not the distracted one.”

When I started, I was working my business what felt like 24/7—laptop open during dinner, during TV time, all weekend long. Since then, I’ve reclaimed 8 hours a week just by closing that laptop at 5 p.m. and leaving it shut till morning.

Nancy TrubeFounder/CEO

Imagine what your life could look like 1 year from now

Here’s the honest version of what we’re offering: a dramatically shorter workweek and a lighter workload within 90 days, and a totally different life a year from now.

The specifics depend on where you’re starting. But these are the four places our members consistently tell us the change shows up first.

A workweek with edges

A real start time and a real stop time. No more email at 6 a.m. and email at 10 p.m. Members routinely report reclaiming 5-10 hours a week—and keeping them.

Results that go up, not down

Fewer hours aimed at the right work produces more, not less. Performance up, workload down: it’s the most common pattern we see, and it surprises people every time.

Your earning potential

When your best hours go to your highest-leverage work, that work gets noticed. Some members grow revenue. Some get the promotion. Some finally have room to build the thing they’ve been postponing.

A life you’re excited to leave work for

Sleep. Your health. The people who’ve been getting the distracted version of you. The project, the trip, the hobby you keep deferring until things calm down.

And here’s the best part: You don’t have to do this alone, and you shouldn’t. When you have the right guides, accountability, and supportive community, change feels more natural and do-able—plus, it actually sticks.

“Our department finished the year in the black on a $45M+ budget—the first time in recent recorded history.”

Double Win Coaching gave me real, consistent support. We broke fundraising records, we’re opening two new facilities this fall, and we tied for our most competitively successful year in two decades.

Personally, I got my sleep more regulated and got honest with my family about time management. When I fell off the wagon this spring, the Quarterly Preview got me back on: I’m now in the gym three times a week and blocked two half-days with my assistant to plan the year.

Meet your Double Win coaches: Megan Hyatt Miller & Michael Hyatt

Megan Hyatt Miller and Michael Hyatt

Megan Hyatt Miller is the CEO of Full Focus—the productivity company she’s helped build into a two-time Inc. Best Workplace. She’s spent her career teaching ambitious professionals how to get more done, and she’s the co-author, with her father Michael Hyatt, of Win at Work and Succeed at Life and Mind Your Mindset.

But Megan never had the option of an unlimited workday. As a mom of 5, school pickup and family dinners were non-negotiables. When she stepped into the CEO role, she knew she had to figure out how to make a 3pm hard stop work. So instead of adding hours, she answered the question: what deserves the time I actually have? Both the business and her life started to thrive. That shift is exactly why Double Win Coaching exists.

Today, as a wife and mom of five, she coaches ambitious professionals a smarter way to work, doing less on purpose, so that winning at work and flourishing in life finally stop being a trade-off.

Michael Hyatt is the founder and chairman of Full Focus, and he built the foundation Double Win Coaching stands on. He scaled Thomas Nelson Publishers to $250 million in annual revenue and 750 employees as its CEO, wrote multiple New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestsellers, and created the Full Focus Planner.

Michael has spent 40+ years helping thousands of high-achievers, business owners, CEOs, and leaders find a better way to grow—without losing themselves or their priorities in the process.

But Michael’s greatest success is found at home. He’s been married for almost 50 years, is the proud father of five daughters, and a joyful grandfather to eleven grandchildren. He lives the Double Win every day, modeling what it means to excel professionally without sacrificing what matters most.

Today, Megan, Michael, and the Full Focus team are helping ambitious professionals like you accomplish extraordinary results at work—without sacrificing what matters most at home. It’s all part of our mission to make the Double Win not just possible, but inevitable.

How to win at work and flourish in life

Double Win Coaching is a 12-month program with a 3-part system, direct coaching, and real accountability. It’s for ambitious yet overwhelmed professionals, leaders, and business owners who are accountable for results and want more of their lives back.

You now have a place to start. The hard part is what comes next—applying this across your week and making the changes stick.

Name the few things that are actually yours. Your Leverage List, identified against your real job and the results you’re responsible for.

Get the rest off your plate. Eliminate what’s unnecessary, simplify or automate what repeats, put AI to work, hand off what someone else can own, and renegotiate timing or scope when responsibilities compete.

Rebuild the week around what’s left. A calendar that protects your priorities before other people fill it for you—and holds when they push back.

Build a life worth protecting it for. Rest, health, relationships, and the goals you keep postponing, finally given a real claim on your time.

“Before Double Win Coaching, work, life, and self-care competed every week. Building start-up and shut-down routines, Weekly Previews, and real delegation…helped me leave work on time and reclaim nearly 10 hours week. Now my calendar matches what matters most. ”

What Happens in the Program

Your first 90 days

Most programs hand you a framework and wish you luck. We spend the first three months getting the Priority Filter out of your head and into your actual calendar—one question at a time.

Days 1–30 YOU

What is the work I’m wired to do?

We apply the Priority Filter to your actual job—not a generic case study—and identify your highest-leverage work.

You’ll complete your MAPS Profile, our proprietary meta-assessment. It shows you your strengths and your blind spots, what fits you and what drains you, so you can do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

By day 30 you can name what’s actually yours. For most people, that alone is the first full breath they’ve taken in a year.

“I used to feel like I had the same 24 hours as everyone else but nothing to show for it. Now I time-block my week, 1–2 hours each on my ventures, and I’m moving all 4 forward at once instead of drowning trying to do everything.”

Dawnella Browser

Days 31–60 ROI

What work delivers an outsized return?

You’ll build your Success Blueprint—the document that connects your strengths to your real job, so you can focus on the results you’re responsible for and the specific activities that produce them. Then you turn that clarity into your Weekly and Daily Big 3: the priorities you protect time to complete.

And then we go after everything else. Five moves, applied to your existing job:

  1. Eliminate what’s unnecessary
  2. Simplify or automate what repeats
  3. Use AI as a collaboration partner
  4. Hand off what someone else can own
  5. Renegotiate timing or scope when responsibilities compete

Some work can stop. Some can take less time. Some can go to AI. Some needs a new owner. Only some of it still needs you at your current investment—and you don’t need a team to do this. If you don’t have anyone to delegate to, we’ll show you how to delegate to AI instead.

By day 60 your workload is dramatically smaller.

“When I started, I was ready to quit my job…Now, I look forward to going to work with healthy boundaries and a thriving personal life. I have reclaimed at least 2 hours a day and at least 1 hour of sleep a night.”

Christie Hansard

Days 61–90 NOW

What work matters most now?

You’ll get a total calendar reset—your ideal week, rebuilt, with a way to budget your time that actually holds when Tuesday happens.

Then we turn to the part this was all for. You’ll build practices into your life that restore and energize you and reconnect you with the people and interests you love: tending to yourself, connecting with others, prioritizing recreation, experiencing nature, and staying open to the sacred.

And you’ll use the Priority Filter one more time—to choose three goals worth changing your life for. The ambitions you keep postponing finally get a real claim on your time, and we help you work through what’s stopping you, take the next step, and keep moving when life gets complicated. Because it will.

By day 90 you have a week that holds, and a life worth putting in it.

“I used to feel stretched too thin between work and life. Double Win Coaching helped me reclaim 4 hours of focused work each week while protecting a weekly date night and weekend dinners with my husband.”

Emina Huang

The specifics and the pace depend on where you’re starting. Coaching helps you adjust as you go—and the nine months after this are where the changes hold and compound.

That’s our invitation: a dramatically shorter workweek and a lighter workload within 90 days—and a totally different life a year from now.

This coaching program & community is perfect for you if…

This is built for a specific kind of person. Not everyone.

  • You don’t have to own a company. Most of our members don’t. They’re directors, managers, educators, healthcare professionals, attorneys, nonprofit and ministry leaders, and business owners. If you’re accountable for results—to a boss, a board, a team, a client, a congregation—this was built for you.
  • You’re already achieving at a high level, and you know the way you’re doing it can’t hold. You’re not looking for permission to slow down; you want your ambition to stop costing you your health, your relationships, and your sense of self.
  • You’re in the thickest season. A demanding role, kids launching or launched, parents who need you, and a cost of living that outran your income—all arriving at once.
  • You’ve tried doing this alone—the books, the systems, sheer will—and you’ve concluded that something has to change.
  • You’re willing to take things off your plate. This goes upstream of every app and every routine. If you’re not open to removing work, no framework will help you.

If that’s you, let’s talk. Your initial strategy session is 45 minutes and completely free. If it’s a fit, we’ll invite you into Double Win Coaching. If it isn’t, you’ll still leave with a plan you can use on Monday.

What’s included in Double Win Coaching

92.6% of members say these resources are helpful, relevant, and applicable to work and life.

Live training every Monday

Megan, Michael, and our faculty teach you to apply the Double Win framework to the work and the life you actually have—including exactly how the Priority Filter applies inside your specific role.

Live coaching four days a week

So you can handle an obstacle when it shows up on Tuesday, not three weeks later. Plus asynchronous support the rest of the week. You’re never more than a day from help.

Small coach-led sessions

Usually 15 to 20 people, where you work through your own questions and learn from everyone else’s. You don’t need to attend them all—they’re themed, so you pick the one that matches what you’re working on.

Weekly & Quarterly Previews

A live guided Weekly Preview to analyze how the week went and leave with a workable plan for the next one. A live guided Quarterly Preview to set the goals that steer your Quarterly, Weekly, and Daily Big 3s all year.

The Full Focus Planner & proprietary tools

An operating system for your week and a way to maintain the changes you’ve made—plus the MAPS Profile, your Success Blueprint, and monthly AI training with our founder, Michael Hyatt.

Onboarding, community & accountability

A community of capable people working on the same challenges, so you’re never figuring it out alone. And if you hit a low point, the coaches and community help you troubleshoot and rebound—so your commitments don’t disappear when the week gets hard.

Most members average a couple of hours a week. The time they recoup makes it well worth it. You in?

“It’s an exhale I didn’t know I needed.”

I went from feeling overwhelmed at the start of the week to genuine excitement to start my workdays. I used to set my Big 3 completely in isolation from the reality of my schedule, then fail to check off the most important work of the day, time and again. Now I’m consistently hitting two or three of them.

I’ve also started to internalize how to delegate things that aren’t mine to hold—as a nonprofit ED it’s easy to get trapped in scarcity. I’ve shifted one major workflow to my Finance Director and several admin tasks to our assistant. Letting those live in other people’s hands is a joy.

Go further, faster with expert coaching

It’s possible to do this solo. Plenty of people have read the books. But knowing the framework and holding it under pressure are two very different things—and the questions that decide whether this works don’t have generic answers:

Which tasks actually require you? What can you renegotiate? And how do you handle the first person who pushes back on a boundary?

Like a financial advisor for your time, a coach helps you weigh competing demands and keep your decisions connected to what you actually want.

Someone can see your blind spot. Your Core Blocker is the one pattern that keeps dragging you back into too many hours and too much stress. By definition you can’t see it yourself—that’s what makes it a blind spot, and it’s the single fastest thing a coach gives you.

The plan reaches your calendar. Clarity that never makes it into a week isn’t clarity, it’s a nice afternoon. The Weekly Preview puts your priorities on the calendar before other people fill it for you.

Accountability that survives a hard week. It’s easy to hold a new boundary in week one. Week six, when a deadline hits and a teammate is out, is when most people default to their old ways. That’s when coaching matters most.

Proven frameworks, not improvisation. The Priority Filter, the MAPS Profile, the Success Blueprint, and the Full Focus Planner—built and refined over more than a decade with hundreds of thousands of professionals.

“But I’m not the boss. I can’t just hand things off.” Here’s the thing: your workload is mostly invisible to your boss. We help you prepare that conversation—clarify the result your boss needs, propose a change, and explain how the change protects that result they’re after. And we teach you to delegate to AI, whether or not you have a team.

"I stepped into running the firm—and my boss now pays for my coaching."

Before coaching, I was overwhelmed by operational noise and filled every free minute with work. Double Win helped me reclaim about 10 hours a week, simplify how I plan, and execute at a higher level—our biggest installation went flawlessly.

You weren’t meant to live an infinite workday

Microsoft has a name for what’s happening to us. They found 40% of people online at 6 a.m. were dealing with email, and by 10 p.m., 29% of active workers were back in their inboxes. They call it the infinite workday.

And a lot of those hours aren’t even producing anything. Slack found 41% of a desk worker’s time goes to low-value, repetitive, or meaningless tasks. A recurring meeting stays on the calendar by inertia. A report continues because you’ve always sent it. A task stays yours because you handled it the first time.

How much of that would stay on your calendar if you were building it from scratch right now?

You’d get rid of plenty. You just can’t see what could really come off, or how. That’s completely normal—and it’s exactly why Double Win Coaching exists.

Because overwhelm isn’t a badge of honor. It’s a warning sign. And you can’t give your best to the people you love when there’s nothing left of you by 6 o’clock.

Some work can stop. Some can take less time. Some can go to AI. Some needs a new owner. Only some of it still needs you at your current investment. Sorting that out is the work we do with you.

“Down from 80 hours a week to 40. Sleeping 7 instead of 4.”

Before Double Win Coaching, I worked around the clock—80 hours a week, on just 4 hours of sleep. Now I’m down to 40 hours, sleeping 7, with my evenings and weekends back. I got off the hamster wheel and made time for life.

Elaine StrohmFounder, Crafted to Scale

“I paid off $40,000 in credit card debt and raised my credit score 100 points.”

When I started, I loved what I was doing—but I was also overwhelmed, professionally, financially, and personally. Now I feel like I can breathe again. And dream again about what I want my future to look like.

You don’t have to continue to grind this hard

Enough is enough. You clearly have plenty of drive—you’ve proven that for years. What you need now is focus, a plan, and someone to help you live it out daily.

The longer you wait to act on an inspiration, the less likely you are to act at all.

The demands return. The momentum fades. And the Overload Spiral keeps cranking.

Don’t let this become another thing you’ll get to later. You likely won’t.

Frequently asked questions

I don’t have time for coaching.

The time investment is minimal—most members average a couple of hours a week, and the work happens inside the week you already have. The time they recoup makes it well worth it.

"I used to have numerous to-do lists scattered on my desk or stored on my computer. Since then I’ve learned to whittle them down to Quarterly, Weekly and Daily Big 3s. I’ve cut my weekly priority-setting from 90 minutes to 30—finally completing goals I kept kicking down the road to the next quarter, or even the next year."

— Corinne Baldassano · Founder/CEO

But here’s the more honest answer: change takes time, and so do unresolved decisions, repeated work, and evenings and weekends spent catching up. That’s the time we help you recover. You’re already paying. You’re just not getting anything back for it.

Should I wait for a calmer season? I’m heading into the busiest stretch at both home and work.

If you wait for a calmer season, it isn’t coming. Most of us could say “this is the busiest time” about once a quarter—somehow work and home tend to peak together.

Life is never going to clear the decks so it’s easy to sit down and get clear. You have to make an appointment with yourself, and this free strategy call is the first one. People come into this program completely overwhelmed. That’s who it’s built for.

“I actually started Double Win Coaching about six weeks before I was unexpectedly downsized after 12 years with my company. When the new tracks began, I re-engaged, and within two weeks I had my business name, tagline, logo, and project plan in place. I moved from uncertainty to clarity — and from waiting for direction to taking action. I no longer felt stuck asking ‘what’s next?’ I was building it.”

Book the call and bring them with you.

And consider this: if you’re married and working sixty or seventy hours a week, your spouse is probably paying the biggest price for it. They don’t have the person they deserve right now. You don’t need their permission to book a free call. What you might say is something like:

“I want some things in our lives to change. I’m not giving you the time or the energy or the attention you deserve—or that I want to. There’s a free call I heard about, from people who help with exactly this: working dramatically fewer hours without giving up results. I’d love you to be on it with me. Not just for me. Mostly for us.”

Marriages don’t thrive on neglect. They thrive on cultivation — and cultivation takes time, energy, and attention you don’t currently have to give. Clearing the way for that is what this call starts.

I’m an employee, not a CEO. I can’t run a 30-hour workweek. Does this still fit?

Yes. And to be clear, a 30-hour week isn’t necessarily the goal we’d set for you. Forty hours is. Or not much more.

At forty hours with real margin, you can win at work and flourish in life. At sixty or seventy—even fifty—you don’t have time to exercise, or to take your spouse on a date, or to be with your kids. You certainly don’t have time to think about what you want from the next ten years.

So we work within the constraints of your actual job. In the first thirty days, your Success Blueprint tells you what’s genuinely most important to accomplish in your role — which is what makes reducing the hours possible.

I’m not the boss. I can’t just drop things.

Your workload is mostly invisible to your boss. We help you prepare the conversation: clarify the result your boss needs, propose a change, and explain how the change protects that result. We also teach you to delegate to AI, whether or not you have a team—so you no longer need direct reports to get work off your plate.

“Double Win Coaching helped boost our department’s performance by 20 percent while I actually decreased my workload.”

— Rickey Adger · Site Director, Mars Food & Nutrition

If I do less, won’t I fall behind?

The opposite is what happens, and it’s the whole argument of the Priority Filter. Stop spreading yourself thin, pour your best hours into your highest-leverage work, and your results get better—because for the first time your best capacity is aimed at your most important work at the moment it matters most. Every story on this page is evidence.

I’m not a business owner. Is this for me?

Yes, and you’re in the majority. Most of our members don’t own a business. They’re managers, directors, executives, educators, healthcare professionals, attorneys, nonprofit and ministry leaders, and individual contributors carrying real responsibility. If you’re accountable for results, this was built for you.

What happens in the first 90 days?

The first thirty days are about clarity: we apply the Priority Filter to your actual job, and your MAPS Profile and Success Blueprint identify your strengths, your blind spots, and the activities that actually produce the results you’re responsible for.

The next thirty are about redesigning the work—eliminating, automating, handing off, and renegotiating—ending in a total calendar reset: your ideal week, rebuilt.

By day ninety you’re building the life side: rest, health, relationships, and three goals worth changing your life for.

How long is the program?

Twelve months. The first ninety days get your Priority Filter out of your head and into your actual calendar. The rest of the year is where you continue to get coaching so it holds and compounds.

What does it cost?

We won’t lie, this is an investment. But, we’d rather talk about it against your actual situation than post a number that means nothing without context. Your advisor will walk you through the options, including payment plans on your free strategy session. There’s no obligation, and if it isn’t the right fit or the right season, we’ll say so.

“This is kinda crazy but true. After committing to this—which felt honestly scary, and kind of a mistake, and risky financially for me—it’s really felt like a rocket launcher since. In 14 days I booked four speaking engagements and funded my investment.”

— Colm Leyne

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

Take the call anyway. It’s free and you keep the plan. Worst case, you spend forty-five minutes getting clearer than you’ve been in a year.

How is this different from a course, the Full Focus Planner, or the books?

A course or a book gives you the framework. The Full Focus Planner gives you a place to run it. Double Win Coaching helps you actually live it, inside your real job and your real week.

That means live training every Monday, live coaching four days a week, small coach-led sessions, guided Weekly and Quarterly Previews, and a community that holds you accountable when the week gets hard. Knowing the framework and holding it under pressure are two very different things. Coaching closes that gap.

What if I’ve already read the books or used the Planner?

Then you’re ahead of the game, and you’ll get even more out of coaching. Plenty of our members came in already knowing the language of Big 3s and Weekly Previews.

What they were missing was someone to see their blind spot, help them apply the Priority Filter to their specific role, and keep them on track in week six when a deadline hits and a teammate is out. You already have the tools. We help you make them hold.

Is this group coaching or 1:1?

Double Win Coaching is group coaching, and that’s intentional—not a compromise.

You get direct expert coaching in small coach-led sessions of usually 15 to 20 people, where you bring your own questions and learn from the ones your peers ask. That’s why group coaching is often more powerful than 1:1: breakthroughs happen on every call, and you benefit from a whole room of capable people working through the same kinds of challenges—not only your own.

You’re also not left alone between sessions. Live training with Megan, Michael, and our faculty runs every Monday. Live coaching is available four days a week, with asynchronous support the rest of the week, so you’re never more than a day from help. And you’re part of a community of high achievers who keep the change holding when a hard week hits.

If what you really want is someone to do the work for you one-on-one, this isn’t the right fit. If you want a system, coaches, and a network that help you grow faster than you would on your own, this is built for that.

How much time per week does this take?

Most members average a couple of hours a week. The sessions are themed, so you don’t need to attend them all—you pick the ones that match what you’re working on.

And the time they recoup makes it well worth it. Members routinely report reclaiming 5–10 hours a week. You invest a little time to get a lot more of it back.

What happens after the first 90 days?

The first 90 days get the Priority Filter out of your head and into your actual calendar. The nine months after that are where the changes hold and compound.

You keep getting live training, live coaching, and guided Weekly and Quarterly Previews. You keep setting Quarterly Big 3s that move your three life-changing goals forward. And you keep your coaches and community in your corner when life gets complicated—because it will. That’s why Double Win Coaching is a 12-month program, not a 90-day sprint.

What time zones do you support? Will the live sessions work for my schedule?

Double Win Coaching is built for busy people with full calendars. Live coaching runs four days a week, and the small coach-led sessions are themed, so you choose the ones that fit both what you’re working on and when you’re available. Between sessions you have asynchronous support, so you’re never more than a day from help.

If you have a specific schedule or time zone in mind, ask your advisor on your free strategy session. We’ll walk you through the current session times so you know exactly how it would fit your week.

What if I fall off after a hard month?

You will have hard months. Everyone does. The goal isn’t a perfect year. The goal is a system that helps you get back on track quickly.

That’s exactly what the Weekly and Quarterly Previews are for, and it’s why you have coaches and a community. If you hit a low point, they help you troubleshoot and rebound, so your commitments don’t disappear when the week gets hard.

"When I fell off the wagon this spring, the Quarterly Preview got me back on: I’m now in the gym three times a week and blocked two half-days with my assistant to plan the year."

— Nicki Moore · Director

Does this fit nonprofit, ministry, healthcare, or education roles?

Yes. Many of our members lead in exactly those worlds—nonprofit executive directors, ministry leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, and college presidents. Those roles often carry the heaviest load with the fewest resources, which makes it even more important to know what deserves your time.

The Priority Filter works in any role where you’re accountable for results—to a boss, a board, a team, a client, or a congregation. And if you don’t have anyone to delegate to, we’ll show you how to delegate to AI instead.

"As a nonprofit ED it’s easy to get trapped in scarcity. I’ve shifted one major workflow to my Finance Director and several admin tasks to our assistant. Letting those live in other people’s hands is a joy."

— Colleen Hafner · Executive Director, nonprofit

What is Double Win Coaching?

Double Win Coaching is Full Focus’s 12-month coaching program for ambitious professionals, leaders, and business owners who want to win at work and flourish in life. It combines a proven 3-part system, direct coaching, and real accountability to help you work fewer hours without limiting your results.

Our invitation is simple: a dramatically shorter workweek and a lighter workload within 90 days—and a totally different life a year from now.

What is the Double Win?

The Double Win is winning at work and flourishing in life. Not one at the expense of the other.

Most ambitious people assume that if they let anything go, everything will collapse. The opposite happens. When your best hours go to the work that actually matters, your results improve—and you finally have time and energy left for your health, your relationships, and the goals you keep postponing.

What is the Priority Filter?

The Priority Filter is the tool at the heart of Double Win Coaching. It helps you decide what work deserves your time by asking three questions:

YOU — What is the work you’re wired to do?

ROI — What work delivers an outsized return?

NOW — What work matters most now?

Every task, meeting, and quick favor fits somewhere on the filter, and where it lands tells you whether it belongs on your list at all. The work at the center is your Leverage List: the few priorities that get far better results in dramatically less time.

How do I stop working nights and weekends without my performance dropping?

Working more hours rarely fixes the problem. In most cases, the real issue is focus. When everything feels important, low-value work keeps piling up, and extra hours just cover for it.

The fix is to get clear on the few things that are actually yours, take the rest off your plate, and rebuild your week around what’s left. Set a real start time and a real stop time, and use a Weekly Preview to protect your priorities before other people fill your calendar.

That’s the work we do with you. Our members consistently see performance go up while their workload comes down.

"Instead of staying late 80% of the time, I now leave on time 80% of the time—and when I’m home, my mind isn’t at work."

— Sean McCarthy · Director

How do I decide what to delegate or automate with AI?

Start with the Priority Filter. Anything that isn’t the work you’re wired to do, doesn’t deliver an outsized return, or doesn’t matter most right now is a candidate to come off your plate.

Then apply five moves: eliminate what’s unnecessary, simplify or automate what repeats, use AI as a collaboration partner, hand off what someone else can own, and renegotiate timing or scope when responsibilities compete. Some work can stop. Some can take less time. Some can go to AI. Some needs a new owner. Only some of it still needs you at your current investment.

You don’t need a team to do this. If you don’t have anyone to delegate to, we’ll show you how to delegate to AI instead—including through monthly AI training with Michael Hyatt.

Who is Double Win Coaching for?

It’s for ambitious yet overwhelmed professionals who are already achieving at a high level and know the way they’re doing it can’t hold. Most of our members don’t own a company. They’re directors, managers, executives, educators, healthcare professionals, attorneys, nonprofit and ministry leaders, and business owners.

If you’re accountable for results and you’re willing to take things off your plate, this was built for you.

Who are Megan Hyatt Miller and Michael Hyatt?

Megan Hyatt Miller is the CEO of Full Focus, the productivity company she’s helped build into a two-time Inc. Best Workplace. As a wife and mom of five, she learned to make a 3 p.m. hard stop work by answering one question: what deserves the time I actually have? She’s the co-author, with her father Michael Hyatt, of Win at Work and Succeed at Life and Mind Your Mindset.

Michael Hyatt is the founder and chairman of Full Focus and the creator of the Full Focus Planner. As CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishers, he scaled the company to $250 million in annual revenue, and he’s written multiple New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestsellers. He’s been married for almost 50 years and is the father of five daughters and grandfather to eleven.

Together, they lead Double Win Coaching and teach live alongside the Full Focus faculty.

How long until I see results?

Many members feel a difference within the first few weeks, and the first 90 days are built to deliver real change in three steps:

By day 30 you can name what’s actually yours—your highest-leverage work, identified through the Priority Filter and your MAPS Profile.

By day 60 your workload is dramatically smaller, after you eliminate, automate, delegate, and renegotiate what doesn’t need you.

By day 90 you have a week that holds, with a total calendar reset and three goals worth changing your life for.

The specifics and the pace depend on where you’re starting. And you don’t have to wait to begin—your free 45-minute strategy session gives you your Leverage List, your Core Blocker, and a 90-day plan you keep either way.

These are individual client experiences, not promises of what you will achieve or earn.
